She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, with a focus on patient safety and risk management, alongside Master’s Degrees in Genetics and Cellular Biology, and Industrial Technology.

With expertise in board and executive leadership, strategic planning, and data analytics, Dr. Maya El Mallat has led multidisciplinary teams to implement performance improvement initiatives across various healthcare domains. Her contributions extend to infection prevention and control, environmental health and safety, and enhancing patient experience, ensuring that quality care is at the heart of operations.

In addition to her leadership roles, Dr. Maya El Mallat is deeply committed to education and knowledge-sharing.
