Dr. Relia Sari is the CEO of Premier Bintaro Hospital, located in South Tangerang. She has been with the Premier Group, which is now part of the Asia 1Healthcare brand, for almost 10 years.

In leading a hospital, her top priorities are ethics and patient safety, and, equally importantly, building engagement with their customers through customer experience.
