Jared Stanger

Jared Stanger has nearly two decades of experience working in and improving the healthcare industry. With over $1 billion dollars in value transformation savings across his portfolio, Jared now spends his time driving innovation for healthcare organizations by sharing his knowledge and expertise in healthcare transformation.

You’ll find Jared spending his time as a guest on podcasts, presenting at key healthcare industry events, and serving as a faculty member in national and international summits; writing curriculum for students; consulting with some of the most brilliant minds in healthcare; and as an entrepreneur, being a much-needed advocate for the healthcare industry.

Jared is the author of Cohesive Value Transformation™ and founder of The Magnified Group™ and Magnified Learning®. He uses Cohesive Value Transformation™ (CVT) to reimagine Lean Six Sigma education and transformation for healthcare professionals at all levels of the organization. His experience spans across large to small health systems, academic, pediatric, behavioral, community, VA hospitals, and critical access healthcare facilities, large and small physician practices, long-term care facilities, and major insurance payers.
Jared has a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Health and Health Care Administration/Management. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Project Manager, and Change Leader. Jared enjoys his time with his family exploring the outdoors, taking on new adventures, and learning new skills. He currently lives in Boise, Idaho with his family and two dogs.
