Lisa Schiller

Lisa Schiller, MS, CPXP, has been in healthcare for over 25 years. Her most recent role was the Executive Director, in the Office of Patient Experience at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and was accountable for all aspects of Patient Experience and Service Excellence programs; Grievance Management and Training, VIP/Concierge program, Volunteer Resource Department, The Voice of the Patient and Family analytics, Patient and Family Advisory Committees and Advocacy and Liaison services.

Lisa began her career at the New York Foundling Hospital and worked at City of Hope National Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, and currently is the CEO of an innovation and experience consulting firm.

Lisa attended Ithaca College, Columbia University, and attended the Pacifica Graduate Institute.
