With a robust nursing career spanning almost 40 years, Toni is dedicated to improving the experiences of patients, families, and healthcare team members to drive positive outcomes. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s in Business Administration, and she is recognized by the Beryl Institute as a Certified Patient Experience Professional.

Additionally, Toni is a Leapfrog Certified Coach, further demonstrating her commitment to quality, safety, and experience in healthcare. Toni’s mission centers around fostering a culture of excellence in healthcare through strategic partnerships, execution principles, and effective communication.
