PT Aventis Pharma (“Sanofi Indonesia”) officially became part of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk on November 30, 2022, and duly underwent a change of name to PT Kalventis Sinergi Farma (“Kalventis”). Previously, Sanofi Indonesia was an affiliate of Sanofi S.A. based in France.
