H.E. Rym Al Falasi

Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood

Rym bint Abdullah Al Falasi serves as the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood and President of the Advisory Council for the Fatima bint Mubarak Research Center for Motherhood and Childhood. She is a member of the UAE Gender Balance Council, the High Committee of the Fifth International Conference for the College of Education at the UAE University, jury for Quality Mark Initiative for a Parent-Supportive Workplace, the Board of Trustees of the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority, and High Committee for the Fatima bint Mubarak Forum and Award for Motherhood and Childhood.

She has shaped the National Strategy for Motherhood and Childhood and enhancing the development of children with disabilities.

Globally, she’s advanced the UAE’s stance against child violence, establishing vital partnerships. Notably, she’s influenced the creation of the UAE Child Parliament and environmental awareness in children, and the little Volunteer initiative.
Her past roles include leadership positions in strategic communications for the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and media with the Abu Dhabi Media Office.

Rym holds a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from Zayed University, a specialization in International Business from the University of Washington, and a Master’s in International Law from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.
