Mariam AlMujaini, a seasoned leader at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), heads the Care Excellence Team bringing to the role over a decade of dedicated experience in patient experience and customer service, including leadership and people management roles. With a strong foundation in operational, management and process improvement, she has successfully fostered a culture of patient-centered care that drives positive outcomes.

Notably, she spearheaded the establishment and leadership of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC), a global healthcare best practice and transformative initiative that has significantly elevated the healthcare experience for all stakeholders.
