Supreme Council of Motherhood and Childhood

Supreme Council of Motherhood and Childhood

The Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood is considered the official “incubator” concerned with issues of motherhood and childhood in the United Arab Emirates. It was established pursuant to Federal Decree Law No. 1 of 2003 AD by a royal order from the founder and builder of the renaissance of the state, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and thus the Council was formed. A basic building block in the structural structure of state institutions specialized in caring for motherhood and childhood issues. In order to achieve the lofty goals desired by the Council, which, in addition to being a national mission, is also a moral responsibility, many strategies have been drawn up to implement the Council’s message and turn it into a tangible reality.
